The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.

Key responsabilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the North American market.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of Virto Solar’s software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product enhancements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
