We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving our growth in the North American market by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a knack for building relationships.

Key responsabilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tech or renewable energy sector.
  • Native English speaker; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Passion for technology, renewables and sustainability.
