Key Responsibilities

You are the driving force behind developing a data-driven content strategy that fuels the organization’s growth in international markets. Your responsibilities include:

• Content Creation and Activation: Develop, optimize, and publish content aligned with our target audience and growth goals, based on strategic input.
• Market-Specific Adaptations: Ensure marketing materials are locally relevant and comply with cultural and legal preferences.
• Data-Driven Marketing: Gather and analyze market and campaign data to support strategic decisions.
• Campaign Management: Launch targeted marketing campaigns via social media, email, and other channels, ensuring flawless execution.
• Performance Reporting: Measure the impact of marketing activities and continuously improve based on data insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the strategic team and external partners to bring VIRTO’s international growth strategy to life.

What are we looking for?

• Practical experience in marketing or communications, preferably in an international B2B context.
• A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on mindset.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and data analysis; experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Affinity with renewable energy and technology is a bonus.
