Functieoverzicht

Als HR Manager bij Virto Solar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle aspecten van human resources en bied je ondersteuning aan het managementteam. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het bevorderen van een positieve werkcultuur en het aantrekken, behouden en ontwikkelen van talent binnen het

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-strategieën en -beleid in overeenstemming met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
• Werven, selecteren en onboarden van nieuwe medewerkers.
• Beheren van prestatiebeoordelingen, beloningen en arbeidsvoorwaarden.
• Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van arbeidswetgeving en personeelsbeleid.
• Beheren van conflicten, disciplinaire kwesties en personeelsontwikkeling.
• Ondersteunen van het managementteam bij dagelijkse operationele taken.
• Beheren van correspondentie en communicatie namens het management.
• Onderhouden van nauwkeurige personeelsdossiers en HR-gerelateerde documentatie.
• Verwerken van HR-gerelateerde administratieve taken
• Beheren van budgetten en financiële documentatie in samenwerking met de financiële afdeling.
• Organiseren van bedrijfsevenementen (conferenties, trainingen, teambuildings…).

• Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in HR, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Bewezen ervaring als HR-manager of in een vergelijkbare rol.
• Uitstekende kennis van wervingsstrategieën, selectieprocessen en interviewtechnieken.
• Uitstekende kennis van HR-processen, wet- en regelgeving.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands en Engels) en het vermogen om effectief te onderhandelen en te bemiddelen.

Role description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Geel, Belgium.

As a Senior QA Test Automation Engineer at Virto Solar, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solar energy products by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts for both web-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Identify and report bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline testing efforts.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with 5 years in QA test automation, with expertise in tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Are you an experienced Senior Full-stack JavaScript Engineer we’re looking for?

You will join our Virto.CORE / Virto.MAX team and you’ll be responsible for co-creating interactive 3D, AR, computer vision and other various application on the web. We highly value innovation – and you will think along with us about our current business processes and implementations.

Key responsabilities

• You will develop and implement various micro-services needed to visualize solar panel layouts with associated data such as wind, snow load, ballast, wiring scheme’s, etc.
• You will improve both performance and features of existing micro-services.
• You are responsible for the correct implementation of the design and also code yourself.
• Trouble-shoot issues as needed
• You will write qualitive codes through test-driven development.
• You will think off and work out technical solutions for business issues.
• You ensure a maintenance-friendly code through accurate documentation.
• You will web applications with various API’s and you understand how all they all work.
• You will participate in “scrum rituals” : stand-ups, sprint reviews, retro, sprint planning and storytelling.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or science – or you have a similar through experience.
• You have minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development
• You have a significant amount of knowledge of both front and back-end developments (React, Bootstrap, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, NoSQL, Docker).
• You have knowledge of Database implementations such as SQL or NoSQL
• Experience with 3D computer graphics, AR, Machine Leaning or Computer Vision is a bonus.
• You have experience with AWS and Devops tools.
• You are sociable, flexible and communicative and you are willing to participate in meetings.
