Your role
We’re expanding across the APAC region and looking for a motivated, strategic and results-driven Account Executive to lead our commercial growth in one of the world’s most dynamic solar markets. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.
Key responsabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets in APAC.
- Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Stay updated on APAC solar market trends and share insights internally.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Lead product demos and communicate our value to decision-makers.
- Work cross-functionally to align sales strategies with market needs and product development.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide sales forecasts and market feedback to the management team.
What we’re looking for:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in B2B software sales, ideally in renewables, SaaS or cleantech.
- You have proven success in APAC sales and deep market understanding.
- You are fluent in English. Additional APAC languages are a strong plus.
- You have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- You’re self-driven, analytical and comfortable working remotely.
- You’re proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, …).
- You have a strong passion for solar and sustainability.
